Cancellation Policy
1. Payment: To secure your appointment, full payment is required in advance via bank transfer. Your booking will be confirmed once payment has been received. Tips may be given after the treatment at your discretion and are always appreciated. 2. Hygiene: Please take a shower before your treatment and arrive clean and fresh. 3. Health Conditions: If you have any contagious skin condition, infection, open wounds, or have recently consumed alcohol or drugs, please wait until you are fully recovered before booking a session. 4. Respect & Professional conduct: This is a professional massage service. any inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session, and the payment will not be refunded. The therapist also reserves the right to refuse future bookings. 5. Cancellation Policy: Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Same day cancellation or no-shows will be charged in full. 6. Punctuality: Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may shorten your session time. 7. Communication: All bookings and cancellations should be made via message or email. Same-day cancellations or last minute calls will not be accepted. 8. Safety: The therapist reserves the right to refuse service if a client appears intoxicated, unwell, or behaves inappropriately.
